You hereby expressly solicit and invite CuteJodi to communicate with you through telecom resources (Call/SMS/Email) to assist you with matchmaking services.
Authenticity & No Guarantee
CuteJodi is an online platform to help you in your partner search. We do not offer a guarantee of matchmaking. We do not authenticate or investigate the information placed by visitors.
All due diligence and background checks must be exercised by the users before entering into any matrimonial alliance.
Online Conduct & Data
You are solely responsible for the content, profile details, and photographs you transmit. Abusive, obscene, or illegal content will lead to immediate suspension.
Document Sharing: We facilitate identity document sharing only to validate authenticity. We are not responsible for any misuse of your data by other registered profiles.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments made through our secured gateways for Packages or Add-ons are final. If you choose to terminate your Paid membership, FEES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Your account is for your personal use and cannot be transferred.
Disputes & Jurisdiction
Any dispute or legal conflict arising out of the use of CuteJodi.com shall be governed by Indian Laws and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
